Tubo-Road, ready for being used with rim brakes, only weighs 38 grams but nevertheless is more robust than standard tubes made of rubber or latex. This is made possible by using a new high-tech thermoplastic elastomer combined with a unique manufacturing technology. Therefore Tubolitos are an ideal and easy to achieve weight tuning without foregoing puncture protections – quite the contrary! 85-gram light Tubo-MTB shows double robustness against punctures than standard tubes. A fact that can make Tubolitos the decisive factor for success when it comes down to the wire. The small packed sized makes Tubolitos the perfect spare tube as it fits in every small pocket. The product range includes tubes for Road Bikes, Mountainbikes, Cyclocross as well as BMX and is constantly extended.

We can solve this contradiction by using a new concept:
We are manufacturing the Innertube with a thermoplastic elastomer, called TPU. This group of materials is known for its durability and excellent damping abilities. It has replaced many rubber products in the automotive and pharma industry already.
It was our goal to transform the excellent material characteristics into an outstanding bicycle product. We achieved that by reducing the number of contact areas and kept the seams to a minimum.
